We started Ripple because too many good local businesses are let down by a website that does not do them justice. So we set out to fix that, one page at a time.

We are a small, independent studio based in Ōtautahi Christchurch. No big team, no sales floor, no call centre. Just careful work for people who run real businesses near us.

Most of the businesses we look at are doing the hard part already. They turn up, they do good work, their customers like them. The website is the part that has been left behind. That is the bit we are here for.

We keep the studio deliberately small so the person who builds your site is the person you talk to. You get straight answers and a real human on the other end, not a ticket number.

We would rather do a handful of websites properly than churn out a hundred that all look the same.

If it is better than what you have, keep it for one fixed price, agreed up front. If it is not, it comes down and you owe us nothing.

We use your own words, your own photos, and the reviews you have genuinely earned. The site has to be true to your business.

Nothing invented

We never make up awards, ratings, numbers, or quotes to fill a gap. If we cannot stand behind it, it does not go on the page.

No jargon, no upsells, no agency waffle. We will tell you straight what a site needs and what it does not.
