A murmuration has no leader. Each bird watches only its nearest few and matches them, and from those small local rules a whole shape emerges, turning and pouring across the sky as if it were a single body. We have always found that quietly astonishing.
This piece is a few thousand points moving through an invisible field of currents, rendered live in your browser. Disturb them and they scatter, then they settle and re-form, the way a flock closes back over the gap a hawk leaves behind. There is nothing to buy and nothing to sign up for. It is here because we like building things that feel alive.
